Based in Pittsburgh and Washington, D.C., Cory Hoffman provides comprehensive real estate and business brokerage services to business owners, investors, and developers through Commercial Real Estate Advisors.

With more than 25 years of experience in commercial brokerage and lower middle-market transactions, Cory has completed hundreds of sales and leasing assignments across office, industrial, flex, retail, and land asset classes. He also specializes in business sales and mergers, representing clients in industries including construction, childcare, manufacturing, outdoor power equipment, insurance, managed IT, healthcare, and other service-based businesses.

Cory is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and a licensed real estate broker in Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. He earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Ohio University’s Copeland College of Business.

An entrepreneur himself, Cory has owned and operated several successful small businesses in the retail, healthcare, and multimedia sectors, giving him unique insight into the challenges and opportunities facing owner-operators.

Cory lives in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Kelly, and their two daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, exercising, skiing, and traveling.
